Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oranokai.com and the Oranokai AI product photography and video platform (the "Service"), operated by Oranokai ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Oranokai Is

Oranokai is a software platform that lets you generate AI-enhanced product photography and video from images you upload of your own products. You choose an AI model, describe or select a scene, and the Service uses third-party AI providers to generate a result, which you can download and use for your own commercial or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to defraud us, or abuse free-tier limits.

3. Credits, Packs & Subscriptions

Generation on Oranokai is metered by credits. Different AI models cost different amounts of credits per generation, shown to you before you generate. You can obtain credits in the following ways, each subject to the specific terms shown at checkout:

• Free tier — a limited number of signup credits and a daily cap on free-tier-eligible generations, no payment required.
• One-time packs (e.g. Starter, Creator) — a fixed credit amount purchased once, valid for the number of months stated at purchase. Credits expire when the pack's validity period ends.
• Subscriptions (e.g. Pro Monthly, Ultimate) — a recurring monthly credit allowance that renews automatically via Razorpay until you cancel. Unused credits may roll over up to the cap stated on the pricing page for your plan; balances above that cap are not carried forward.

Subscription plans bill automatically every cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current cycle, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown in INR or USD depending on your location, but all charges are processed in INR through Razorpay; see the pricing page for current rates.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of any product images or other content you upload to Oranokai ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit it — including to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide the Service to you (generating your requested output and maintaining your gallery).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not:

• Infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
• Depict a real person without their consent
• Contain illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited material
• Violate any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, and to report unlawful content to relevant authorities where required.

5. Generated Content — Ownership & License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of any applicable credits, you own the images and videos Oranokai generates for you from Your Content, and may use them for commercial purposes (including product listings, advertising, and marketing) without further permission from us.

This ownership applies to output generated from content you had the rights to upload in the first place — it does not grant you rights to any underlying AI model, our software, our brand, or content generated by other users. Because generation relies on third-party AI models, we cannot guarantee that any specific output is free of resemblance to other AI-generated content, and we make no warranty of exclusivity over generated output.

6. AI-Generated Content — No Guarantee of Accuracy or Fitness

AI generation is inherently variable. Results may not always be accurate, may occasionally misrepresent scale, color, text, or product detail, and are not guaranteed to meet the requirements of any specific marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — for accuracy, for compliance with the platform you're listing on, and for compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection law. Oranokai is a generation tool, not a compliance or quality-assurance service.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that violates Section 4
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Circumvent credit limits, free-tier caps, or rate limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to disrupt it for other users

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

8. Our Intellectual Property

Everything that makes up the Service itself — our software, website design, branding, logos, and any content we author (not counting your uploads or your generated output) — is owned by Oranokai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers — including fal.ai, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Razorpay, Supabase, and Cloudflare — to function. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by these providers beyond our control, though we select providers we believe handle data responsibly. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's shared with them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oranokai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel any subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disclaimers) continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated by email where practical.
